Applications, Leases & Rent

The application fee is $75 per applicant age 18 and older. This fee is required at the time you submit your application so we can begin processing it and help you secure your new apartment home.

Our most common lease term is 12 months, but we do offer a variety of lease options depending on availability—our leasing team is happy to walk you through what’s currently available. At 92West, we offer traditional apartment leases and do not offer individual (by-the-bed) leases or co-living arrangements.

Yes! You’ll be able to select your preferred apartment home during the application process. To officially hold the apartment, you’ll need an approved application and a paid holding fee. Once those steps are complete, the apartment is reserved for you.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Our team will provide details on what to set up and what to expect during your leasing process so there are no surprises.

Yes, renters’ insurance is required for all residents. It’s a simple and affordable way to protect your personal belongings and provide peace of mind while living in our community.

No, apartments cannot be listed or rented on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO. Your apartment home is intended for your personal residence only.

Your lease agreement outlines the terms and commitments for your residency. If your situation changes, please contact our leasing office—we’ll walk you through your options and next steps.

Yes, the standard security deposit is $500. This deposit is refundable at move-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition without damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Yes, your apartment is Wi-Fi ready. Residents set up their own internet, cable, and Wi-Fi accounts directly with their preferred provider. Our team will share recommended options during your tour or move-in process.

We are proud to be a completely smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including apartments, patios, garages, parking areas, or common spaces. This helps maintain a clean, healthy environment for all residents.

Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly community and happily welcome your furry companions. Applicable pet fees and monthly pet rent do apply.

Your pets will love our spacious dog park, featuring fun agility equipment and comfortable bench seating for residents. Conveniently located just off the scenic walking path that surrounds one of our two beautiful ponds, it’s the perfect spot for your furry friends to run, play, and socialize while you relax and enjoy the view.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate our convenient access to nearby bike trails that connect around the property—ideal for morning rides, evening strolls, and enjoying the outdoors right outside your door.

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary surface parking, with multiple spaces located throughout the community for easy access to your home. For added comfort and protection from the elements, we also offer private garages with remote access. Both attached and detached garage options are available, providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle and storage needs. Garages are available for an additional $85–$100 per month.

Our community offers a cozy, neighborhood feel with walk-up style buildings—no elevators, just three stories at most, creating a more private and peaceful atmosphere.

Our kitchens feature a complete stainless steel appliance package, offering both style and functionality. Each home includes a full-size range, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal—everything you need for effortless meal prep and easy cleanup.

Yes! Every apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience—no trips to a laundromat needed.

Most apartment homes include a bathtub and shower combination. Some select apartments, including ADA-accessible homes, feature walk-in showers.

Yes, each apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and heat so you can stay comfortable year-round.
