|Recommended: YesFix Issues Fast — Unfortunately, when I moved in, there were quite a few issues that the previous tenants had left unfixed in this apartment. But the maintenance staff was quick to fix everything and things I hadn't even reported or noticed yet. The office is very quick to get back to you on any issues that you call about. The most important thing to me the apartment was very clean when I moved in. Looking forward to 18 months here.

|Recommended: YesOutside Of Apartment Needs To Be Addressed — Inside is nice,parking is good,outside lights need to be repaired, as they are almost falling down and bird nest with bird crap all over 2nd floor.

|Recommended: YesGreat Management, Spacious Areas, Very Thin Ceilings, Good Experience Overall — Honestly, 92West was one of the best apartment complexes I ever lived at. I really appreciate the timeliness of maintenance staff and the great help from the management. The apartment was very nice, and my only major problem was with the thin ceilings - upstairs noise was VERY noticeable and somewhat distracting, even with light walking. But pretty much everything about the apartment was otherwise just fine. I lived in a single, and it was so spacious with lots of great amenities

|Recommended: YesHappy To Be Here — My family and I haven't been at 92 West too terribly long, but so far we love it The staff have been incredibly helpful in answering our questions and taking care of things we needed. I love sitting on my balcony in the mornings watching all of our fine feathered friends. We have all of our geese families and their little brood of babies. Then there is the duck mafia They are always together watching things going on around them. We love it Each apartment has its own washer and dryer so you don't have to fight over a community washer dryer. There are tons of shops and eateries near by, and if you want to get into the bigger part of the city...well it is just down the road. We are very happy here
